Project dates: 01. 04. 2010 – 31. 03. 2011.
Target group: the unemployed not highly educated women of the Świętokrzyskie region.
Objective of the project: to increase the professional potential and to improve the social position of long-term unemployed women endangered with social exclusion.

During the project realization the target group attended to one of four courses:
1. Human resources and payroll specialist,
2. Accountancy specialist,
3. ESF specialist,
4. Financial analysis specialist.

The target group were also provided with job-coaching, psychological and social support as well as a set of workshops concerning with autopresentation, the Polish Labour Code, active job seeking. Morover, 45 women did work placements.
