Target group: disabled people living in the communes of Pawlow and Brody
Objective of the project: Providing comprehensive, high quality community social services addressed to 50 (26F/24M) disabled people from Pawlow and Brody Municipalities. All the activities are focused on preparing people to lead an independent life or providing assistance in leading an independent life.
Activities:
Training disabled people to be an active and full member of sociaty citizen by providing them with practical skills training (developing or strengthening independence in improving basic daily activities e.g. laundry, drying clothes, cleaning, using electrical appliances); hygiene training; financial training; cooking training, leisure skills training, participation in social and cultural meetings; developing skills for integration into the local community, training and assistance in dealing with official matters etc, interpersonal training: conflict and personal problem solving, development of social skills, training in decision-making autonomy; social skills training to develop communication skills, teamwork, conflict resolution, managing emotions, and modifying behaviors to more socially acceptable ones.
