Target groups: the Non-Governmental Sector running learning actors from the Swietokrzyskie Voivodship.
Objectives of the project: to support them in cooperation with the administration and central government.

Within the projects activities The “Chance” Federation was created to consociate all the NGOs’ learning institutions (more than 40) and provide them with counselling services, workshops, trainings, thematic sessions and free access to fully equipped offices, which might be used as the first places of resident of the Organisations.
