General Information

This Privacy Policy has been prepared to inform you, as Users of the Service, about the principles of processing and safeguarding the personal data and content (including “cookies”) you provide in connection with your use of our Service.

Acting as the Association for Integration and Development (owner of the website sir.com.pl), headquartered in Kielce, ul. Warszawska 27/1, 25-518 Kielce, registered under KRS number: 0000021291, NIP: 959 14 83 005, REGON: 292415424, we are the owner of the Stowarzyszenie Integracja i Rozwój website, as well as the administrator and operator of the Service and the administrator of your personal data. Processing of Personal Data

We process personal data in compliance with applicable legal regulations regarding personal data protection. We also adhere to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 2016; “GDPR”).

We collect personal data through:

  • Email, contact form, and phone – to enable us to contact you electronically, as well as via phone or SMS. This data is processed based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, relying on the legitimate interest of the Administrator to assist website users until our communications are clearly closed, but no longer than necessary to fulfill the processing purpose or until an objection is raised.
  • Orders for products (services) available on the website – to process and account for ordered products (services) provided electronically, fulfill legal obligations imposed on us, and safeguard or defend against claims.
  • The Association for Integration and Development Website (also referred to as the Platform) – to ensure you have access to all features and advisory services related to its use. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR during the contract period, and subsequently on Article 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations and safeguard or defend against claims.
  • Other forms of data provision with the User’s consent, in line with the purpose of the data transfer. This data is processed based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR until consent is withdrawn but no longer than necessary for the processing purpose, including for:
    • Managing and operating the website and groups on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), including communicating with you and directing marketing content. This data will only be processed if you choose to like, follow, or join a group, or otherwise provide your data on a platform managed by us, such as by posting a comment or entry. The data will be processed for the duration of the page/group’s existence or until an objection is raised, which can be done by unliking, unfollowing, deleting a comment/post, or contacting us. Please note that while we set the rules for the page/Fanpage/Group, the terms for using the social media platform itself are determined by its managing entity.

Sensitive Data
Sensitive data is collected to execute and properly fulfill a contract based on the User’s informed and voluntary consent (Article 9(1)(a) GDPR) until the business purpose ceases or consent is withdrawn. Providing such data is voluntary but necessary for proper contract execution.

We only collect data necessary to achieve the processing purpose. For instance, we may request your name, phone number, email address, and other details needed to customize our products (services) to your needs. Providing personal data is voluntary but required to access certain options, place orders, or use the Platform. Failure to provide this data will prevent access to these features.

You have the right to access your data, request its correction, modification, deletion, or processing restriction, as well as the right to withdraw consent, object to processing, and transfer data. These requests can be submitted in writing to our office address or electronically to the provided email address. We reserve the right to deny requests under circumstances permitted by law.

We process your personal data confidentially, protecting it from unauthorized access. All data we collect is processed only for the period necessary to achieve the specified purpose, as outlined in point 2.

We inform you that your data may be transferred to third parties under a data processing agreement compliant with GDPR to fulfill processing objectives. These parties include, but are not limited to:

  • Accounting and bookkeeping offices;
  • Correspondence handling offices;
  • Experts, consultants, and subcontractors with whom we collaborate to provide services;
  • IT companies maintaining our infrastructure;
  • Entities offering payment processing services, including via telecommunication systems.

All entities entrusted with personal data are listed in our record of data processing agreements.

Apart from the entities specified in point 6, your data may be disclosed only to persons or entities with a legally justified request under data protection regulations. We do not disclose any data unless necessary to achieve legally defined objectives.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that our processing of personal data violates applicable data protection laws. However, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any doubts or misunderstandings.

We will not process your personal data automatically or engage in profiling.

Joint Controllership

The data controller for statistics collected through the Facebook platform is the Association for Integration and Development with its registered office in Kielce, ul. Warszawska 27/1, 25-518 Kielce (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) and Facebook Ireland Limited, located at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Controller”). These data are processed under joint controllership by the above-mentioned entities. Controller

The Controller processes data based on the legitimate interest of conducting analyses of user activity and preferences to improve functionalities and services provided.

Data Security

When processing your personal data and other content, we ensure the security of the processed data through our expertise, technical knowledge, and infrastructure, in compliance with applicable legal regulations, including Article 32 of the GDPR.

Access to the Service is secured by an encrypted connection using the SSL protocol. Encryption guarantees the confidentiality of your personal data during its transmission over the internet.

The servers supporting the operation of the Service are protected by antivirus systems, whose proper functionality is ensured by the service provider located in Poland, with servers also based in Poland.

Our appointed IT System Administrator/IT Team oversees the implementation of technical measures to safeguard your data.

Please note that if you publish a comment on the Service’s blog or another section of the Service where comments are allowed, any information you share will be visible to other users. These individuals may read, collect, and use such information, including your personal data, if shared. You are responsible for the content you post on our Service, so we kindly ask you to use its features thoughtfully.

Cookies – Related to the Platform

In connection with using the Platform, we collect the following data: information about the start, end, and scope of each use of the electronic service, information about using the service, identifiers assigned to you in the IT system based on the data you provided, identifiers for the termination of the telecommunications network or IT system you are using to connect to the Platform (IP, domain name, browser type, operating system type).

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  1. Adapting the Platform’s content to your preferences and optimizing the use of the Platform; in particular, these cookies allow us to recognize your device and display the website accordingly, tailored to its individual needs.

The use of these technologies is not linked to your personal data that we process or may process. All data collected through these technologies is anonymous, and by using the Service, you are aware of their transmission.

Server Logs

Like most website administrators, we collect certain data in the server logs where the Service is hosted. This means that by using the Service, information is sent to the server, which is recorded in the server logs. This information includes, among others: the IP address used by your device, the server date and time, the name of the browser, and the name of the operating system of the device you are using.

Logs are recorded and stored on the server where the Service is hosted for technical purposes related to server administration and for statistical purposes.

Logs are purely auxiliary information for managing the Service. They are not disclosed to any persons or entities except those authorized to administer the server.

The data contained in server logs are not linked to your personal data that is or may be processed by us, nor are they collected or used by us for your identification.

Redirects to Other Websites

In our Service, you may encounter links leading to other websites, especially those that are not administered by us. Redirecting to another website means leaving our Service. We are not responsible for the content provided on such websites or for the privacy policies and data protection practices they employ.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

In connection with the development of technology, planning or implementation of changes to the functionality of our Service, as well as changes in the legal provisions concerning data protection and e-privacy, we reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy.
