We based the declaration on a statement provided by Finance And IT Sp. z o.o., which declared compliance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA. The contractor has provided a relevant statement.

Architectural accessibility

Stowarzyszenie Integracja i Rozwój — ul. Warszawska 27/1, Kielce

The Association’s office is located in a 3-story building at ul. Warszawska 27. The association’s office is on the second floor. There is no information on the placement of rooms at the building entrance.

There are no acoustic guides for visually impaired persons at the building entrance.

Paid parking is available near the Marshal’s Office and at ul. Targowa. The area around the association’s office is within a paid parking zone. There is also free parking for 90 minutes (once a day) at the Korona Shopping Mall, approximately 200 meters from the office.

The building surroundings are paved. There is one entrance, directly from Warszawska Street, with no architectural barriers at the entrance. The entry doors open outward. A doorbell is on the left wall by the entrance, with two buttons; the lower button marked with the association’s name provides access. The intercom lacks Braille, enlarged print, and induction loop markings. Pressing the button remotely unlocks the door by the association staff.

Once inside, the association’s office is accessible by stairs or an elevator. The stairs are to the right, and signage directs visitors.

The elevator is slightly to the left of the stairs. To use it, press a large round button on the left. The button lacks Braille and other markings. Pressing it signals association staff to operate the elevator.

The association’s office occupies the entire second floor, with wide hallways and no visual-tactile markings. There is no toilet adapted for disabled individuals.

The premises lack Braille signage, enlarged print, or induction loops.

The Association allows access with assistance dogs.

Communication and informational accessibility

The Association provides alternative service for visually or hearing-impaired clients upon request and also offers services outside its office location, if needed.

A sign language interpreter service is available by prior arrangement.

The association does not provide alternative evacuation options for individuals with special needs.
