Project dates: 01.09.2012 – 30.09.2014.
Target group: students of the second year at H. Chrzanowska Medical Sciences College., residents of Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship.
Objectives of the project: to provide the target group with practical training related to their learning process.
Within the project were organized extracurricular activities, special training activities, apprenticeships and Career Centre, in order to adjust the level and quality of education to the standards of the best units and increase the competitiveness of the Medical Science College’s graduates in the labour market. The student were able to attend compensatory classes (mathematics, chemistry, Latin), the additional curriculum courses, including hot stone massage, Chinese massage cupping, massage, first aid. (certified accordingly to the EU requirements). They also improved practical knowledge related to the professional exam during the educational tours (4 four trips to pharmacies and medical resorts, 3-months internships in companies directly related to acquired by students PSM profession). Studenta had also an opportunity to take part in psycho-educational counselling and training in the Career Center – including meetings with a psychologist and counsellor and course of self-presentation.
